Pool Paint Online – Returns & Refunds (Australia)
Our promise
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the policy below.
1. Your statutory rights come first
Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under the ACL. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if the goods are faulty, unsafe, not fit for purpose or don’t match their description.
2. If we got it wrong (faulty, damaged or incorrect items)
Contact us within a reasonable time after delivery on 03 9720 8777 or sales@poolpaintonline.com.au
We may request a photo so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We will arrange, at our cost, return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods. 
3. Change-of-mind or ordering error
If you simply change your mind, or ordered the wrong product, you may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery:

You are responsible for return freight, insurance and the risk of loss or damage in transit. 
Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will refund the purchase price (less any original outbound shipping and handling charges) within 5 business days.
A restocking fee of 5% of the invoice value applies.
Exclusions: Discounted items, custom-tinted colours, bulk quantity orders, and special order items (products or quantities we do not normally stock and procure or manufacture specifically for you) are not eligible for return or exchange if you change your mind. This does not limit or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, unsafe, not as described or unfit for purpose. 
4. Helpful tips before ordering
Double check colour codes, coverage rates and quantities.
Remember that minor "transport dents" to tine generally do not affect performance.
